History of Halo Videos
Halo is a game I've been a fan of for a long time. I was actually waiting for it 3 years before it came out. It started as a project called blam. Check out the Bungie Video for background. Needless to say I like to help out when it comes to hosting some of the more popular movies.
Bungie Video (300MB) - The story of Halo and the company that made it.
Evolution of Halo - This is a video of the evolution of the game halo. Starts off back in third person view and goes until Halo CE or so. Pretty interesting to see how the game evolves as it's being built. People running the show are some of the developers from Bungie as well as the sound guy and some others.
E3 2000 Demo- First Halo Trailer Released. We analyzed this for quite a while.
Bungie Office Tour - This is a tour of the new Bungie studios at Microsoft. Frankie is the PR guy giving the tour. It's kinda amusing, big AC's though. I'm showing that part to our network admin.

Interview with Marty - GV.com Quick little interview with Marty O'Donnel the creator of the Halo music. Tells about why he chose the piano for the opening music of the Trailer at E3. Also talks a little about the new Halo movie.

Behind the Scenes of the Halo 3 Trailer. This is direct from Bungie and shows different angles as well as some background on the trailer and it’s origins. This is an excellent video showing the power of the Xbox360’s graphics as the trailer was rendered in real time on the Xbox360. Very cool!
Tricks and Techniques
Overswarm(NSCS)- Advanced Combat Techniques. This video provides several good tips and strategies in relation to staying alive while playing Halo 2 on Xbox Live or at a LAN party. It's actually quite well done although I felt the text could have been larger.
Overswarm(NSCS)- Advanced Combat Techniques II. This is another excellent Video to help your Halo Fighting skills improve. Although may of the tips in this video I have never used it's very interesting to know and I will practice some of these.
Jump Tactics 1 Ascension - This is a Clan called JumpTactics and a video on different jumps you can do in Halo to speed up your time running around the maps.
Jump Tactics 2 Lockout - This is a second release from the Clan JumpTactics with more crazy jumps that could save your life.
Super Jumping for Dummies - This shows many ways to super jump, kind of a guide for super jumping.

Trickity Trick Trick Four (DivX)
Trickity Trick Trick Four (MOV)- Devin & Goatrope doing tricks on the new maps. Early exploration of what you can do in Halo 3 beta.
Why We Mod - I'm not really a modder (someone who modifies a game) but this is an excellent example of the things you can do. I especially liked the longsword and the hover board.
Trailer for the movie 300 - This is the trailer (as stated in the link there) for the movie 300. The tie in? It's about Spartans, which of course is what the Master Chief is. Except he's in the year 2552 or something like that. This was Halo video put to the audio from the trailer. Very well done as well. Some of the clips are from the upcoming Halo Wars game for PC.
Floaty Silence - Very funny movie in light of what is really taking place. Halo related of course. Thought I'd host it here because it's funny.
Weird Al's new song. "Your Pitiful" Takes a crack and the Halo 2 gamers.
On yet another side note some modders created a screenshot capture technique that involves a floating camera. With this they can pause the game and take multiple pictures and then put them together something like THIS. This one was created by c0ld vengeance of the HBO forums.
MPD (Mp3) - This was a song made up by Goatscape that I found amusing. It focuses on Multiplayer Depression. (Losing to ten year olds and his wife)
GlitchTacular (103MB) - This is a series of glitches found in Halo2. They did an excellent job of transitioning the pieces. This doesn't show how it's done, just that it can be done. Produced by xYashax
Randy Glass- The First Warthog Jump. This movie started a revolution of exploding jeeps and playing with the general physics engine provided by Bungie in a game called "Halo Combat Evolved" The more explosives the higher the object goes.
Andras Ostrom- Gladiator Evolved. This is an amazing display of patience and timing. This is the Gladiator Movie sounds and voices set to the Halo 2 game Engine. It's all in game.
Clan Dyslexia- Halo 2 Movie Preview. This was created long before there was any talk of an actual movie. It's extremely well done, very original, and has an fitting musical score for the film.
